scroll-margin CSS Property

The scroll-margin shorthand specifies outsets that define the scroll snap area of an element by expanding its outer box for snap alignment. Percentages are not allowed. One value applies to all sides; two — top/bottom then right/left; three — top, right/left, bottom; four — top, right, bottom, left.
